A healthy diet plan means a well balanced diet plan. A well balanced diet plan is the key to a healthy diet. Staying healthy is the best thing you can do for yourself. Eating what you need and not eating anything extra will not only give your body the nutrition it needs but will also save your body the hassle of digesting unwanted food.

A healthy diet plan will require you to eat green vegetables, fruits and other foods. You must remember that if you want to follow a healthy diet plan then you have to do without junk food.
