Hollywood and Japanese diets – how to use them to lose weight

Breakfast: Black coffee with dry crust.

Lunch: a large marrow fried in vegetable oil, apple, black coffee, dry crust.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled beef, a glass of kefir or yogurt.

day 13

Lunch: hard-boiled eggs, salad made from stewed cabbage seasoned with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice.

Dinner: 200 grams of fat beef, a glass of kefir or yogurt.

The information above can help you lose 5-10 kg (10-20 lb), some people can manage to lose 20-30 kg (40-60 lb) in 3-4 months. It affects a lot, but as we already know it is not difficult to lose weight but to keep it small.
