Here’s how you can reduce belly fat at home with a simple 7-minute workout. It’s way better than jogging and crunches… and so much less, only 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.

Hundreds of my clients have proven this to be the best and most effective way to reduce belly fat.

1. Hindu Squats

This is the no weight squat version. What you do is move up and down as fast as you can while you either swipe or touch your fingertips to the ground with each repetition. You will do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your target is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts belly fat fast.

So total time, 5 minutes so far.

2. Spinning in a circle like a kid

It is a successful exercise that does much more than just help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy shortly after using it. What do you do here?

Rotate clockwise 5-15 times by spreading your arms like the wings of an airplane. Do as many spins as it takes to get a little dizzy. You don’t want to get overly dizzy. You’ll then repeat that number for a total of 8 different sets of spins. Each set of spins takes about 15 seconds.

Total time for spinning, 2 min. Note: You don’t have to do all the sets of spins back to back, you can spread them out throughout the day.
