The good news is that you don’t need a diet program to tell you how to lose weight. We’ve made life really complicated by allowing ourselves to get sucked into common “diet” beliefs, like counting calories to lose weight, low-fat foods to lose weight, sugar-free foods to lose weight. Ingredients – the list goes on. But to lose weight naturally and effortlessly, all you really need to know is what to eat, what exercises to do, and how to change the way you think about food.
Which food should you eat to lose weight?
I once went on a 3 month natural raw food diet. The only cooked food I ate was some feta cheese and chickpeas. I lost a lot of weight and feel really good! Being on this raw food diet was very liberating, because I stopped thinking about dieting and losing weight, and ate whatever I wanted — as long as it was raw and natural. I can say, quite comfortably, that you can eat the following in any amount, as long as you stick to what’s on this list – the rule of thumb is that it should be just about any unprocessed, unrefined food. Should, so stay away from some foods I might have skipped, but be your own judge.
Food combining (not eating specific foods together) also works well, as it ensures faster digestion, which affects weight loss.
But the most important aspect to losing weight naturally is eating what God intended the human body to consume – natural, whole foods that are free of additives and other toxins. In other words, the best food to eat is the one that rots within a couple of days. Of course, this doesn’t include canned vegetables that can last for years! Please understand that if something has a long shelf-life, you have to ask yourself what has been added to it to make it sustainable!

Which exercise should be done to lose weight?
Different exercises do different things for the body. Ideally, you need a combination of weights and stretching, along with cardio (anything that gets your heart rate up). You should exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and you should be stressing your body in these exercises, which may mean breathing a little heavy and sweating!
Changing the way you think about food:
This is the key to sustainable weight loss. Food should be considered essential for survival. It should not be used to fill inner emptiness, or as entertainment when bored, or for relaxation. As I mentioned, I went on a 3 month raw food diet, but I didn’t address the food side of the way, so when I finished the raw food diet, I lost all the weight I had, and A lot too. Without addressing this important aspect, you are unlikely to lose weight permanently.
Once you understand the simplicity of eating for nutritional value, with portion control, your life will become far simpler and instead of counting calories for each meal, you can start living your life and measuring. can do much more important work than fat grams!
