  3. Insomnia – Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders and is characterized by the inability to sleep. People face difficulties in falling and staying asleep. They take a long time to fall asleep or to go back to sleep if they wake up during sleep.
  4. Somnambulism – Sleepwalking is classified as a parasomnia, an undesirable behavior or experience during sleep. Sleepwalking is caused by stress, lack of sleep, certain medications, breathing disorders, and more.
  5. Sleep paralysis – This is a dangerous sleep disorder in which a person is unable to move their body when awakened from sleep. The person is awake but temporarily unable to move or speak.
  6. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – The main feature of chronic fatigue syndrome is prolonged fatigue that does not subside even after complete rest. The condition worsens with any mental or physical activity and can have a considerable impact on daily activities.
