Intestinal Candida – Is It Causing Your Belly Fat And Feeling Bloated?

Does your stomach often feel bloated? Are you finding it difficult to reduce belly fat? You may have symptoms of intestinal candida. Our diets today can encourage the overgrowth of Candida causing health problems, especially in the digestive tract.

When yeast or Candida grow beyond normal levels in the body, they can put the immune system at risk. Sometimes we don’t realize that we are feeding yeast and causing Candida overgrowth. Intestinal candida can cause bloating, gas and cramping. Candida overgrowth can also lead to a craving for sugar and carbohydrates, producing belly fat.

If Candida is fed and it proliferates it can burrow into the organs, multiply and overgrow the digestive tract, sinus passages, tongue and vagina. Candida can produce a byproduct called acetaldehyde and it is the same compound responsible for the hangover effect. Acetaldehyde is a toxin and can accumulate in the muscles, brain and spinal cord. This will lead to muscle aches, blurred thinking, and pain.

Common symptoms of Candida overgrowth:

* flatulence or flatulence

* unexplained fatigue

* Recurrent thrush and cystitis

* Craving for food, especially for sugar and bread (carbohydrates).

* Fungal infection of the skin or nails, Athlete’s foot, Psoriasis

* Headache

* acne

* Itching in the rectum

* food and chemical sensitivities

* endometriosis

* stomach ache

* Numbness, tingling and weak muscles

* constipation

* muscle pain, joint pain

* blurred vision

* ear ache

* Frequent sore throat and blocked nose

* Trouble gaining or losing weight

* Symptoms worsen in damp weather or places, moldy environment

* alcohol intolerance

* Mood swings, feeling empty, memory loss and depression

Reducing Candida can be a challenge but it can be done. You can’t completely get rid of Candida but can prevent overgrowth through diet and nutrition.

  Detox Diet - Lose Weight Like Celebs

Foods that contain yeast and you should avoid:

Cakes, breads, biscuits, crackers, rolls, buns, pastries, stuffing mixes, products containing breadcrumbs, soy sauce, dried fruits, all fermented beverages such as beer, spirits, wine, cider and malted products, vinegar, miso, tempeh, tofu, smoked Meat and fish, processed meat and peanuts.

You should initially avoid eating sugar, dry fruits and some natural fruits. Some people cannot eat fruits at all. You should see how your body reacts. Avoid alcohol, as it converts to pure sugar and feeds the yeast. Avoid refined carbs that easily convert to sugar. These foods are usually white flour products and foods that are processed. Try to eat natural and organic foods, especially lots of vegetables.

First of all when you are not eating the normal foods your candida uses, you may be suffering from the effects of a die off. Candida is protesting and crying out for more food to feed the yeast. Side effects may include headache, aches and pains, fatigue, dizziness, nausea and excess mucus. The dying effects can mimic everything you’ve been struggling to break free from but stick with it and know that the new diet is working.

These side effects will pass in no time. It’s your body’s way of saying “we’re fighting Candida, so please don’t feed the yeast!”
