Home Chores For Exercise: Many people are not able to workout properly but do all the household chores or walk for 30 minutes, then should this also be considered as an exercise? According to a health report, there are 4-5 such household chores that fall under the category of workouts and by doing them you can stay physically fit. But also remember that all this work is a moderate ie light workout, due to which the body will be active but there is no difference in much weight.
1- Wiping the house- Regularly wiping household chores involves a physical workout, cleaning the rest of the dishes, doing laundry in the washing machine, all these tasks keep you active but do not burn calories in it. The body fat is reduced by just sitting and wiping.
2-running after children- If you have a small child in your house and you play any game of running or jumping with him, then it is considered as a physical workout. Although it does not have a lot of intense exercise, but still it is helpful in keeping your body fit. In this work the mood is also happy and the body is also active.
3-Gardening is the best- If you are fond of planting trees and taking care of them yourself, then know that this is a physical exercise. Actually gardening is generally outdoor in which a lot of sweat comes out. Especially if you do the grass cutting yourself, then moving that machine is hard work in itself and it is no less than a workout.
4-use of stairs If you climb at least 100 steps throughout the day due to household chores or any other reason or walk 2 kilometers due to work, then this is also included in the category of physical workout. If you live below 5 floors then always make a habit of using stairs which is an exercise for the whole day.
5-Outdoor game or walk- At any time, if you play any physical sports or walk for half an hour, then this is also an activity to keep your body active. Especially the game burns a lot of energy and gets a good workout.
