What you do Take 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin coconut oil 2 times a day on an empty stomach between meals. I want you to do this between breakfast and lunch… and between lunch and dinner.

Ideal goal… do 100 or more squats in 5 minutes.

This is a tough exercise when done correctly. But it peels off body fat fast. push yourself. You need to fight for this weight loss… just don’t give up. Don’t let your fat win.
