But I seem to remember a story: Years ago in Australia I met a young 25-year-old couple after they had returned from a month-long holiday in isolation on the Great Barrier Reef in the far north of Queensland – and they had fasted , water only, for a month. I have to say that he was absolutely glowing with health. His eyes were shining and His skin was glowing and free from blemishes.

I was very impressed by his healthy looks and thought how much I would love to look like him.
