Basically you can only drink black coffee and eat apples. Any kind of applesauce will work, any kind of coffee will do as long as it is black ie no milk or sugar has been added. The idea is that you can drink or eat as much as you want.

Of course you can also drink water as it contains zero calories. You will rely on the amount of water in your stomach to ward off hunger pangs. I recommend drinking plenty of water along with coffee and to keep your gut healthy. Otherwise, just this amount of coffee can give you indigestion problems.

Does it work?

Apples are known to keep away hunger pangs while coffee boosts your metabolism. You can lose a huge amount of weight this way. But the problem is that this extreme diet is extremely lacking in nutrition. You can take supplements but they are not the same as getting nutrition from your food.
