Use weight loss before and after images to start your own metamorphosis.

More than half of the United States population can be classified as overweight or obese. It’s no wonder why many of us look to those who have successfully won battles for information and inspiration. One of the biggest motivators we often use are pictures. This can include photos of us at a smaller body size, photos of actors and models we want to emulate, or before-and-after photos of losing weight. The pictures can also serve as a source for tracking down a diet program or plan that will work for you.

For those looking to lose a substantial amount of weight, there is no greater source of hope and inspiration than before and after photos of people who have successfully made their journey from fat to fit. We’ve all seen amazing pictures of people before and after significant weight loss. The more weight is lost, the more in agreement we are with the method used to secure such remarkable results. Was his weight loss the result of surgery such as stomach stapling, banding or bypass? Did they get their results using one of the many weight loss plans such as the South Beach Diet or the Atkins Diet that have sprung up over the decades? Or did they use a diet combined with a personal assistance program like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig? How much exercise contributed to their weight loss efforts. What type of exercise programs did they use? Did they go to the gym or buy equipment? We look at the images with a twinkle of envy, a congratulatory nod, and hope that we too can lose weight. Images of people who have managed to lose weight can encourage us that we too can lose weight.

Many of the images have been pulled from various services that provide weight loss support. By searching pictures, you can find someone like you with a similar build and similar problem areas.
