Your body will not respond to any exercise or weight training until your mind is in sync with it.
Depression- Depression is another emotion that most people feel when they think about weight loss. You need to realize that you have gained weight because of your actions and you have to lose weight. Getting into depression mode only worsens your already bad situation and adversely affects your body.
No weight loss goals – You won’t lose weight unless you know how much you want to lose over a period of time. Losing weight will not happen overnight so it is very important to take one step at a time and have a proper plan to lose weight effectively.
Over or under training- Some people over train to lose weight thinking that it will help them lose weight quickly. Overtraining does not speed up the process of weight loss, rather it worsens your already bad condition. On the other hand, some people end up under the train and quit exercising halfway due to lack of motivation. Always remember to lose weight effectively you need optimal training. Under or overtraining will not ensure effective weight loss.
