Your Semen – Diet for Better Sperm Taste

Your semen reflects what you eat…

All body secretions such as sweat, saliva, urine and the smell and taste of your sperm are affected by what you eat.

What goes in comes out and is reflected in taste and smell.

Ever noticed how your skin smells when you eat a curry with lots of garlic onions and spices?

It’s in your semen the same way it’s in your sweat.

Making changes to your diet will affect your body’s secretions, including your semen.

Most techniques or supplements that claim to change the taste of semen aim to increase the sugar content and mask the salty bitter taste, but most don’t work, all you need is a change in diet.

The best way to have better tasting semen is the most obvious, a good diet and clean living.

Reduce intake of the following:

Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, junk food with lots of chemicals and preservatives.

You should also limit foods that break down into strong-tasting or smelly chemicals that are excreted by the body.

Fruits and some vegetables are good, but some are definitely not recommended.

Good examples are asparagus; Onions and garlic contain high amounts of sulfur and vegetables from the cabbage family, such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, kale all give semen a bitter taste.

Foods with strong spices, such as curries, leave the semen smelling good.

Of course, you don’t want to diet all the time just for better tasting semen, but stay away from Madras curry if you love your partner!

Eat your greens and drink more fruit juice!

A recent study concluded that the semen of vegetarians tastes better, which leads to an obvious conclusion.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink lots of juice and water (at least two liters a day) to flush out your body.

Eating or drinking pineapple juice is recommended as the best way to sweeten your semen.

Citrus fruits and cranberry juice are also good, as they make the body’s pH more acidic, which balances the alkalinity of semen that gives it a salty, bleaching taste.

All fruit juices and fruits are high in sugar, so make sure you eat and drink plenty.

Other Great Foods for Better-Tasting Semen

Parsley, wheatgrass and celery have also been recommended for sweet semen because they contain chlorophyll.

Cinnamon, cardamom, mint and lemon are also great foods for better tasting semen.

take care

Your body takes about 12 – 24 hours to excrete what you put into it, so keep this in mind when eating the foods listed above.
