I promise they have nothing to do with jogging for half an hour on the treadmill like a hamster. Plus… no crunches, no situps, no ellipticals, no stairs. Basically, none of that nonsense! I have much better exercises that are more fun to do.

1. Hindu Squats

It helps in reducing the waist size by burning a ton of calories. This creates a huge oxygen deficit which prompts the body to burn fat for energy. What do you do here…

Just squat up and down as fast as you can in your living room or wherever. Be sure to touch or swipe your fingertips to the ground with each repetition to make sure you’ve gone low enough with the squat. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that, add another 100 repetitions and do it under 10 minutes.

No weights or anything else is needed. Just keep your back absolutely straight while you do this. Do this everyday. Hey! Don’t complain, it only takes 5-10 minutes.

2. Walking on an Incline

This is another big deal. It also creates a huge oxygen deficit which forces the body to burn belly fat for energy. All you have to do is take a treadmill and incline it to 10-15 degrees and walk for 15 minutes. sound easy? try it. You can thank me later. It’s like being on a treadmill incline night and day and walking or jogging on a flat treadmill.

You can also walk on hills. But I can’t keep a hill outside your house by snapping my fingers. So the first 2 exercises are high calorie and fat burners that destroy belly fat by stealing it for energy.

Ok, now this is a straight up ab exercise. In fact, it is one of the best exercises you can do to reduce your waist size. My clients lose between 1.75-3 inches off their waists in less than a month of doing this exercise.

What do you do here…

Suck your belly button… not your upper abdomen. Suck it until you can’t suck it anymore. It should feel like your navel is touching your spine.

Now stay in this position for 15-60 seconds. Rest, then repeat. Do this for 5 minutes daily and you will lose 1.75 inches from your waist in less than a month. My clients who have done this for 20 minutes a day have lost an incredible 3 inches off their waist.

So if you do these 3 exercises, you should be able to reduce your waist size by two inches in less than a month.
