If you take too much stress while working, then it can have serious consequences. According to a report, due to work-related stress, there is an impact on the mental health of the employees. Due to which the work efficiency of the worker also decreases. According to the report, 77 percent of the people said that stress causes anxiety and depression. According to the report of HR Solutions Provided Genius Consultants, 14 percent people remained neutral on it and 9 percent people denied this possibility.
The survey was conducted from September 5 to October 15, 2022 among 1,380 employees in sectors such as banking and finance, construction and engineering, education, FMCG, hospitality, human resource solutions, IT, ITeS and BPO, logistics and manufacturing. According to the report, 82 percent of the survey participants said that health issues such as immunodeficiency disorders, gastrointestinal disorders and musculoskeletal disorders are directly related to work-related stress.

The report says that 73 percent of people have suggested taking a mid-work nap to deal with work stress. Although 18% people were unsure about it and 9 percent disagreed with it. At the same time, many people showed their consent to reduce the working days. 68 percent of the survey participants agreed that there should be a reduction in working days. While 18 percent were neutral on this and 14 percent did not agree with this view. According to the report, most people believe that work-related stress affects the mental health of a person.
