Joining an expensive gym is not the only way to reduce belly fat. Well, money is not the only secret to a healthy body. There are belly fat exercises that can be done in only ten minutes yet have tremendous results. Kelly Roberts developed this fitness exercise that is highly energizing and can burn up to 150 calories per day.

First of all, you will do double jump rope exercise in just two minutes. Do this by jumping twice in each rope twist. Make sure your jump rope is the right size and that you land on the top of your foot or what we call the ball of your foot.

For the next minute of the routine, you’ll do some sort of push up in a squat thrust position. To perform it properly, you first need to stand on your feet so that your shoulders are wide and your arms are at your sides in a straight position. Keep your head forward and squat slowly. Place your hands just outside your feet and pointing toward the floor. Do one push up and then return to the squat position and stand up.

For the next three to four minutes, jump rope again, but this time only one jump per turn of rope. This exercise of belly fat will keep you fit.

Then in four to five minutes, start back to push ups and squat thrusts, but with the side plank exercise by lifting and rotating your left arm above your head and your left leg above your right. Look up at the ceiling and back to center. Keep repeating on both sides and then return to the starting position and start again.

For five to six minutes you will jump rope again.

The next six to seven minutes is very similar to the two to three minute routine but this time your toes need to be raised twelve inches and only after you have finished your push ups. Repeat over and over again on your other side and then on this side and so on.

Jump rope again for seven to eight minutes.

Then, add mountain climbers with your push ups and squat thrusts for two minutes. It will be nine minutes past eight. After your push ups, you’ll jog quickly, bringing your knees up to your chest with each turn. You can do five jogs and start the process again.

Finally, just like in your first two minutes, jump rope, and think that this kind of belly fat exercise will help you reduce the fat stored especially in your belly.
