Day 1- Soup and fruit: Any fruit except banana.

Sixth day – Soup, beef and green vegetables: lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, green pepper.
Seventh day – Soup, brown rice, vegetables, fruit juice. Any vegetable you can add to rice. Fruit juice without sugar.
You should drink plenty of water (preferably non-carbonated mineral) 1,5-2 liters per day, tea, coffee without sugar. Forbidden: alcohol, sugar, bread, sweets. You can drink alcohol only at night after diet. You should eat at least 3 times a day, and preferably – 4-5.
