Maker’s Diet – Regulates insulin, inflammation and infection

The diet does not allow fast food or junk food because God did not want us to consume them. Use raw and fresh foods including fruits, grains and vegetables etc. instead of the dishes allowed by this diet. Healthy meat is also allowed.
