Abs exercises can increase my height

Almost everyone wants to be tall as it adds spice to one’s physical beauty. I was very desperate to increase my height when a friend, who was a professional physical trainer, said that abs exercises and other body muscle exercises could contribute to my growth. So I completely engage myself in physical activities to work my muscles effectively. Imagine, I would not only enjoy stronger muscles, I would also have a taller body.

How do abs exercises help?

Abdominal exercises are an important way to increase my height naturally. Strong abdominal muscles can help us grow taller because the strength of our abdominal muscles is directly related to the strength of our lower back muscles.

If our lower back muscles are in good shape then we can do good postures. If we have weak abs and lower back muscles, then our posture is also bad which can reduce our height. If our lower back muscles are strong then our spine can be flexible. Remember, the strength of our spine is a major key to our development. If we exercise our abdominal muscles, we will have extra weight in our stomach. This will help in stretching our back and enhancing our posture.

Hip ups or leg raises are an effective follow-up to the lower ab crunch exercise. You’ll further improve your lower back strength when you tone your abdominal muscles.
