Once or twice a week we should use a hair mask depending on the type and consistency of the hair. An egg yolk, honey and coconut oil mask helps nourish damaged hair. A mixture of apple cider vinegar, Greek yogurt and honey helps reduce hair breakage. Lemon juice and olive oil hair mask helps to heal itchy scalp. For dry hair, we can mix avocado and coconut oil. Baking soda and coconut oil help reduce the build-up of dandruff.
