Anorexia – an effective way to lose weight?

Losing weight is hard work, no doubt about it. To be able to achieve that perfectly sexy figure, you have to cut down on your favorite foods and eat more of those healthy vegetables and get a lot of exercise. But not everyone is given a lot of time to be able to exercise and going green and organic is actually a bit expensive. Because of this, people who can’t lose weight will give up eating again. What they will do then is just to stop eating. This is actually a very serious matter of weight loss as people are actually depriving themselves of eating food, something that is essential for the body. The medical term for this is anorexia nervosa, but it is more commonly known as anorexia.
