Bodybuilding Workout – 4 Exercises To Maximize Your Sex Appeal

Let’s stop making fun of ourselves; Vanity is a big part of bodybuilding workouts. You don’t want to get in shape just to be healthy or strong. You want to appear as sexy and attractive as possible to the opposite sex. If you are a man, you want women to drool over your hot ripped body. And as a woman, you want men to lift their jaws off the floor because you are so beautiful they can’t even speak.

We usually don’t talk about any of these. But it’s a deep part of our human psyche and it’s fun to think about.

Let us now look at 4 bodybuilding workouts and exercises to maximize your sex appeal.

In survey after survey, a well-trained stomach and six-pack abs are one of the biggest factors in physical sex appeal. The bottom line is that nobody likes a rumbling belly. One of life’s most troubling conundrums is: How do I get firm and sexy abs without doing a zillion boring sit-ups? That’s what we’re going to take a closer look at today. The right bodybuilding workout will get you there.

1. Abs Push Up.

To do this exercise, first start with a push up position and tighten your abs. Then bend your left leg and drive your left knee under your belly, diagonally toward your right shoulder, and then back up. Repeat this exercise twenty times and then do the same exercise with the other leg.

2. Chopping wood.

Start in a squat position and hold a light to medium-weight free-weight in front of your left elbow. Then spread your legs and move your hands towards the opposite (right) shoulder. Do this also one twenty times.

  Avoid sugar if the child is less than 2 years, there should be no big loss in pampering

3. Scissoring.

Lie on your back and place your hands under your lower back for balance. Then, keeping your lower back pressed tightly to the floor, lift both your legs, pointing straight up, a few inches off the floor. Next, while contracting your abdominal muscles and keeping your back flat on the floor, lift your right leg straight up to a 90-degree angle. Then quickly bring your right leg down to the previous position and at the same time raise the left leg. Continue this alternating exercise twenty times. (I know many of these bodybuilding workout are “oldies but sleepers”, but that’s because they actually work.)

4. Alternate turns.

Sit on the floor, bend your knees and extend your arms in front of you, fingers intertwined. Then lean back slightly so that your chest is at an angle of forty-five degrees with respect to the ground. Remember to always contract your abs. Secondly, start twisting your body from side to side, still keeping your abs tight and lean back slightly. Do this also one twenty times.
