Most fat-burning foods are fruits and vegetables, but there are foods from other food groups that are also good fat burners. Here are some good ones below:
#1 ripe fruit – I love this fruit because it is delicious and contains enzymes that block fat storage and release fat cells from the body. If you can include this food in your daily diet, you will burn more calories during the day.
# 2. eat salad everyday A good fat burning salad is highly dependent on what you put in it. Try adding some organic ingredients like cucumber, lettuce, carrot, broccoli, raw apple cider vinegar, olive oil, tomato, lemon juice, etc. I know it doesn’t sound very appetizing but all you have to do is add it to your meals.
