Of course, burning fat means eating healthy. When we eat right, eat healthy foods, we don’t have to worry about burning fat. For example, higher concentrations of heterocyclic amines (HCAs) or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) after the grilling process. HCA and PAH can cause cancer. PAHs are also found in tobacco smoke.

Second, the food is organic. This means we eat pesticide free food. The food is natural, not genetically engineered and irradiated. This type of food provides you with the highest nutrition and purest taste of any food available. Choose organic food when you go to restaurants. Add organic food to your monthly shopping list. Choose packaged food that is labeled organic, although you may need to do further research on this. Be organic.

Not only the type of food selected, but also the nutrition present in the food is important. Out of carbohydrates, protein and fat, protein is the one that uses the most calories to burn. What does it mean? This means that when you consume more protein, your body burns more calories. When your body burns more calories than it consumes, your body is using more energy. It’s similar to going for a long run on your treadmill. It burns more of your body fat. Thus, the food you eat determines how you will burn fat and lose weight.
