It is better to pay attention to your health regardless of your age. Currently, the incidence of heart problems is increasing among young people. Therefore, it is better to stick to a healthy lifestyle to take utmost care of the heart.

Myth: I have a family history of heart disease; So, I can’t do anything to stop it

Fact: Having a family history will definitely increase the chances of heart disease like heart attack or heart failure. But, you can definitely take some important steps to keep heart problems at bay. Yes, you heard that right! It is better to eat a diet rich in all important nutrients, exercise daily without fail, stay stress-free, manage your blood pressure and cholesterol levels and get regular heart checkups.
