Here’s how to get rid of your love handles with 3 easy exercises. In fact, you don’t even need to go to the gym to lose your love handles.

1. Hula Hooping

For the entire waist and hips area, the hula hoop is great for toning and shaping. Love handles are difficult to target, but the hula hoop works those areas. I like to hula hoop for 10 minutes a day. If you can, hula hoop at least 5 days a week.

Since I don’t like scheduling workouts, I hula hoop during TV commercials. What could be easier than this? I’ll bet that within a year the hula hoop will be “the next big thing” when it comes to exercise. Just watch and mark my words.

2. Walking uphill or downhill

You can either use a treadmill or find a nearby hill, but running on an incline (10-15 degrees is ideal) is a great way to create a large oxygen deficit. When this happens, your body is forced to turn to bodyfat to burn it for immediate energy (it’s a survival mechanism).

Do this for 15 minutes 4-5 times a week.

3. Vacuum pose

It’s great for reducing inches on your waist. My clients have lost almost 1.75 inches in less than 1 month, doing this on average for just 5 minutes a day.

What you do is suck your stomach in while focusing on your belly button. Then hold that “sucked” position for as long as possible…at least 15-60 seconds. Relax and then repeat. Do this daily for 5 minutes.
