is this your nightmare? If yes, then you have some simple ways to reduce it in your own kitchen.
Use any of the following easy recipes to stop hair fall:
1. Massage hair with olive oil and leave it overnight. Wash as usual the next day. Olive oil acts as a hair tonic. It is also called liquid gold for hair. Olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids that keep the hair cuticle moisturized.
2. Boil a handful of henna leaves in mustard oil (in the ratio of 4 tablespoons to one cup). Filter and store in a sterilized glass bottle. Massage this herbal oil on your head every time before taking a bath. If possible leave it overnight or for at least 30 minutes before washing hair. It is very effective in treating hair fall.
3. Massage bhongra juice to reduce hair fall.
4. Head massage can also be done with teak seed oil to prevent hair fall.
5. Mix equal amounts of almond oil and warm castor oil for a scalp massage at least once a week.
6. Wash hair with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help with hair growth.
7. Use the following hair pack: Mix amla powder and one egg. Apply and leave for half an hour before washing off.
8. Applying a mixture of Aloe vera gel and Triphala herbal powder continuously for 3 – 6 months will help in new hair growth.
9. Massage the roots with coconut milk. Make sure you cover the entire scalp. Leave for an hour and wash off with warm water. Using it 3 to 4 times a week will give amazing results. You can also use aloe vera gel instead of coconut milk.
10. Drinking coconut water regularly stops hair fall.
11. Include nuts in your diet.
12. Boil fenugreek seeds in coconut oil or olive oil. Cool it and filter it. Store in a bottle and use as a massage oil every time before head bath.
13. Including amla in any form in your diet will help in controlling hair fall.
14. Beat an egg in henna powder and curd and use it as a hair mask. This will help in preventing hair fall.
15. Massaging with warm castor oil 30 minutes before bath gives excellent results.
16. Mix equal quantity of lemon seeds and black pepper. Make a paste using water or ginger juice. Massage into hair and keep for a few hours before washing.
17. Make a protein-rich hair conditioner using 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 egg yolks, and 1 cup of filtered water. Beat the egg yolks until frothy, add to the oil, and beat until well combined. Pour water into hair and massage, covering every possible strand of hair. Keep for 20 minutes and wash off as usual. This conditioner nourishes hair and stimulates hair growth and is mild enough for daily use.
