Baddha Trikonasana
1- Stand by making space under both feet
2- Keep the right leg folded to the right and bend to the right
3- As high as your shoulder is, spread both the hands to the side at the same height.
4- Inhale and bend to the right.
5- While bowing, keep in mind that the eyes should be in front.
6- Now try to touch the right foot with the right hand.
7- Keep the left hand towards the sky and keep the eyes towards the fingers of the left hand.
8- Now get back straight.
9- Similarly, you have to exercise again with the other hand.
10- Do this 20 times
dynamic anjaneyasana
1- Take a yoga mat, sit on it in Vajrasana
2- Take the left foot backwards
3- Place the sole of the right foot on the ground
4- Take both the hands above the head and join
5- Now slowly try to bend backwards
6- Move the hands as far back as you can
Stay in this position for 7-30 seconds
8- stand up again
