Many people are under the impression that you need to exercise a lot in order to lose weight. Well let me tell you this, your assumption is very wrong. Yes, you need to exercise. But, do you know that if you just make changes and have a healthy diet, you will have won 80% of the battle.

Like chicken, turkey is actually very healthy. And yes, it tastes absolutely amazing.
