Naked Exercise For Weight Loss – 4 Tips

Losing weight just got a little more interesting. The advent of nude exercise resorts, gyms and home workout videos has given health nuts an additional option for shedding those extra pounds.

Despite what it may sound like, there is nothing sexual or “dirty” about exercising naked. Rather, it is just an additional option for people to stay interested in doing things. Some sports, such as yoga and swimming, are particularly well suited to exercise, given the right conditions. Exercising naked comes with its own set of joys and precautions.

Here are 5 tips for starting your naked exercise program.

Tip #1: Start at Home: If you’re like most people, you’d never dare to step foot in a public place in the buff. Whatever the future holds for you, take small steps into the world of naked exercise by starting at home. The key is preparation. I suggest investing in a low cost exercise mat to protect your exposed knees and elbows. Prepare your workout area by removing potentially dangerous obstacles such as furniture. Also, prepare at least two towels: a small personal towel and a large towel to place on the floor or mat. You can find tons of excellent and legit nude exercise videos to show you the right moves.

Tip #2: Stay Safe: Exercising naked can be a great way to lose extra pounds. You’ll stay cold, and the lack of clothing will allow for more unrestricted movement. At the same time, be extra cautious with certain activities. Whether you’re a man or a woman, certain parts of your body may be more prone to injury than clothed exercise. I recommend starting with each new exercise very slowly, checking that your movements are not putting you at risk. Be especially careful if you’re using dumbbells or other specialized equipment.

Tip #3: Respect others: Nudism is accepted by only a small portion of the population. Many people find nudism shameful, offensive, or even morally wrong. Even if you don’t agree with anti-nudist views, be sure to respect the rights of others. No to see you naked This includes drawing the blinds before working out and making sure that at no time during your workout will other people enter your workout space.

Tip #4: Join a Nudist Club or Resort: Once you get used to working out at home and decide that nude exercise is right for you, consider joining a nudist resort, club or tour: they’re popping up globally. And, most of them have fully equipped gyms. So, build up your confidence about being nude in front of others and explore some new territory.

Tip #5: Try a Nude Public Gym: Nude gyms do exist: one Dutch gym has now opened its doors to nudists and others will surely follow. Some of the complaints people have when working out in a nude gym include initial self-consciousness and fear of the occasional inappropriate sight of a fellow workout patron. However, most report that self-consciousness quickly melts away when one sees that everyone else is also naked. If you shy away from watching other people exercise, avoid sitting on the back of a treadmill or stationary bike.

Exercising naked isn’t for everyone. But, for those who have lost the motivation to work out or who just feel restricted by extra clothing and want to try something new, exercising naked can be a viable option. Make sure to be safe, clean and respectful of others and you can have a successful experience working in the Buff.
