No. 1 Fat Cutter Soup Recipe for Weight Loss

Fat cutter soups are becoming popular for their taste, temptation and benefits. I hardly eat out, as I like to know what nutrients I am putting into my body. I love cooking for my family and friends. It reminds me of Maya Angelou’s quote— I’m just someone who loves to cook and for whom sharing food is a form of expression.

When you start cooking, be filled with love, compassion and care. You are going to cook food for the one you love most, your family. Your spouse is your love and children are your life. Get a little creative with that bond in mind; Put in a little honest effort and mix the ingredients thoroughly with confidence. Mix it with a little tenderness, bring some sunshine and sprinkle plenty of your love. While serving food, forget whom you are serving! Whether it is your spouse, a child, a family member, a neighbor or a stranger at church or the homeless, believe with your heart that you are serving the soul, not the flesh. When your children grow up, they will never forget your true love. They will pay you back all your love with interest when you need it. Helping your children and spouse every day, make your home a paradise – a real living paradise. This life is too short and too precious; We have only one life – nothing more.

  Hospitals in Kabul, Afghanistan

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon thyme

1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

3/4 cup tomato sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

salt to taste

8 cups water

1 tbsp ghee/oil

6 bay leaves

Put cumin seeds in a deep vessel and heat ghee/oil. When the cumin seeds turn brown, add garlic and ginger paste to it and stir for a while. Cook it on medium low heat for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a quarter cup of water and add to boiling soup. After two minutes reduce the flame and let it boil for 5 minutes. Try eating some crunchy vegetables. If you can’t handle crisp vegetables, cook for two more minutes.

If you cook soup in a pressure cooker, read the manufacturer’s directions carefully. Cook for one minute after one whistle and turn off the flame. Let it sit for ten minutes and cool before opening the lid. Soup is ready. Discard the bay leaves. This is the number 1 fat cutter soup. Enjoy a large bowl of hot soup several times a day.

Special Note: The best thing about Fat Cutter Soup is that you can have as much of it as you want. It is high in nutrition and low on calories. In fact, the more you consume it, the more it will cleanse your system and help protect you from illness. My mother insisted me to consume this cabbage, onion thin soup and said, “This thin soup will make you thin if you eat it every day”. When I was young I was fat and my sisters were skinny. Now, I’m a senior, with perfect health and weight, and I miss my mom!
