Losing weight from the hips, belly and thighs is a difficult task, but it can be done if you are determined to do it. However, it is more difficult to lose weight in the hips and thighs than in the abdomen.
Since everyone has a different metabolic rate, it’s hard to give a “one size fits all” solution. Here are some tips that may work for you in shedding that fat from your belly, hips and thighs.
1) Aerobic exercise will do wonders for the hips and thighs. You can do better by going to the gym and enrolling in an aerobics class. That way you’ll have the support of other people who are also trying to lose weight in those areas.
2) Patience, without it you will be headed for failure. Removing fat from the hips and thighs is much more difficult and will take longer. I know you’re probably thinking that you can just pop some diet pills and solve everything. The truth is that you will lose weight quickly. Then you get to a point where you stop and start gaining it all over again. So be patient and do it the right way.
3) Any way you look at weight loss it still comes back to following a good weight loss plan. You need a plan that is tailored just for you. Only then you will be able to lose weight from your stomach, hips and thighs.
I hate to tell you this but there is no quick way to lose weight. I know you see all those commercials that claim you can just take this pill and eat the same foods and lose weight. This is not going to happen, you will lose a few pounds initially, but again you will start putting those pounds back on.
