Here are some tips that will work by tightening the scalp and help prevent hair fall and promote hair growth.
Caution: Make sure the dishes are not hot before applying to the hair or scalp.
1. Apply 2 tablespoons of warm olive oil to the scalp, leave on for 10-30 minutes before washing hair.
2. Boil 2 cinnamon sticks in a cup of water and apply on the hair and leave it for at least 5 minutes then wash it off. (It will sting a bit).
3. Apply vitamin E oil on the scalp and massage it at least once a week. It is also helpful for dull hair lacking shine.
4. Increase your protein intake by taking a multivitamin. Eat high protein foods like meat, chicken, fish, eggs, dry beans, cereals etc.
5. Massage hair with castor and almond oil once a week.
