There are people who manage to stay on the same diet for years, but their results vary. The primary goal of the first phase is to normalize bowel activity and increase the protein absorption quotient, as protein is the most important element for maintaining your muscles. For this, we have to temporarily decongest the intestines by limiting the consumption of proteins and fats to the minimum physiological norm. After that, we need to stimulate bowel activity with the help of dietary fiber and also normalize the balance of bifidobacteria that facilitate protein absorption.

Many people think that it is easier to convert someone to another religion than to persuade someone to change their eating habits. In the first phase, you have to form the basis of your overall nutrition.

Let’s start by reducing the consumption of meat and fish to the lowest physiological norm. In addition, we use mainly vegetable oils to balance intestinal activity and increase the coefficient of protein absorption. But you shouldn’t stop eating protein and fat at all! Your total protein consumption should not be less than 50 grams per day!

In the first phase, the main physical activity should be walking. Walking is an aerobic type of exercise. It works best when done in the morning. Drink a glass of water before walking. You should do this on an empty stomach. If you jog in the evening, don’t eat anything for at least an hour before exercise.
