What is the difference between Insanity Insane Abs and P90X Ab Ripper X

Everyone wants the delicious look of tight, toned and well defined abdominal muscles. Good nutrition, abdominal exercises and cardiovascular conditioning are all essential to achieving tight abs.

Having great abs isn’t impossible, but it does take commitment and following a good fitness program like Insanity with Shaun T or P90X with Tony Horton. In both fitness programs, there is an exercise DVD dedicated to core conditioning: P90X Ab Ripper X and Insanity Deluxe Insane Abs.

Which fitness program is best for you to get well defined abdominal muscles? With both Ab Ripper X and Insane Abs you’ll work hard, sweat, and feel pain. It may also take you some time to complete all the exercises on the DVD.

No matter what fitness program you decide to do, you’ll love your toned abdominal muscles when you’re done!

insanely insane abs

With Insanity Insane Abs, you can take your abdominal muscles to the next level in 33 minutes. You’ll work abdominal muscles you never knew you had. Shawn T. starts you off with an insane warmup that will test your physical abilities with sprints, plyometric moves, T-kicks, and power jumps. After five minutes, you move to the floor but these abdominal exercises don’t have to be lying down! Visualize yourself balancing on your buttocks with your legs extended out in front of you, and your upper body at an angle to the floor.

All exercises are done from this base position, making these abdominal exercises very effective and difficult! Most of the exercises are unique and not familiar, but Shawn T. instructs you step by step. Insane abs exercises are tough but you need to push through it. Sean T. helps you overcome it by being an excellent motivator.

If you need a break, all you have to do is press the pause button on your DVD player!

In P90X Ab Ripper X, most of the abdominal exercises are familiar, like oblique V-ups and seated cycles. Do 25 repetitions of each. Trust me, your abdominal muscles will be partially burning!
