See if we want to get six pack abs then we have to eat right food. I am going to share with you which foods are good for us and which foods are bad and why we need to stick to our six pack abs diet.
First let me explain how the body works with respect to fat.
The #1 mistake people make is counting calories, your body needs calories to function and when it’s in a calorie deficit it stores those calories as fat. So don’t starve your body with calories.
Ok now I know that here is one of the best foods to eat in your six pack abs diet:
#1- Try to eat lots of small meals throughout the day instead of 2 or 3 big meals, this way your body will get enough regular fuel to function it properly and you will not feel bloated and your stomach will also not stretch, so with time your stomach and fat will start shrinking and you will soon see six pack abs in them.
#2- Try to include as much protein as you can in your diet, your body needs protein to help build muscles, i.e. fish, milk, paneer, roast beef, roast chicken are all high in protein. As a practical, rough guideline, protein should make up about 25 percent of the food on your plate, but can vary based on individual needs.
#3- Eat natural foods as much as possible, ie nuts, fruits, beans, vegetables etc. These are nutrient rich foods and contain many nutrients, fiber, potassium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C.
#4- Try to eat cereals, they are a great source of energy and if you can try to eat whole grains which are made from whole wheat flour instead of white flour.
#5- Watch what you drink, if you are drinking anything other than water, plain tea or plain coffee, you are entering high calorie territory. Even fruit juice is loaded with sugar and calories, just like any soft drink.
Here is an example of a good daily diet plan:
1. Breakfast: (within about an hour after waking up)
3 Weetabix – No Sugar Sprinkle on cereal with ½ pint semi-skim milk
1 glass fresh orange juice
Tea or coffee – without sugar and only skim milk
Breakfast:
Tuna-Salad Sandwich with Brown Bread (Half a Tin Tuna- Water Pack) – 2 slices and no butter or margarine and only one tablespoon half-fat mayonnaise.
1 banana
lunch:
Rice and Peas (Steamed Rice)
Tea or coffee (no sugar and skim milk)
Try using flavored rice so it’s not so bland
Breakfast:
Vegetable puree (homemade, includes favorite vegetables)
Diet pop/soda or cordial (no added sugar brands)
Eat:
150g grilled chicken breast
1 large baked potato
Large Helping of Mixed Vegetables
Breakfast:
Whole fruit (apples, oranges or pears)
low fat yogurt
Total calories for the day = 1825 approx.
Total fat for the day = about 22 grams.
Now remember that this is a great six pack abs diet but you have to be ready to do some exercises to get six pack abs.
I know you can achieve six pack abs if you follow these guidelines and stick to the six pack abs diet.
so good luck.
